102nd Autumn Canton Trade Fair

The ‘China Import and Export Fair (CECF)’ is held twice each year. The 102nd Autumn Canton Trade Fair will be held from October 15th to October 20th, 2007 and from the 25th to the 30th of October, 2007. The Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex both simultaneously house the Canton Trade Fair. The Pazhou Complex is well known for being the largest exhibition center in Asia. Its 16 indoor exhibition halls covering an estimated area of 160,000 square meters can be separated into 10200 exhibition spaces. Comparatively the Liuhua Complex has an exhibition area which is slightly less but is more universally known.

Regulations
It is mandatory that the exhibitors conduct themselves in accordance with the rules laid down by the organizers. Apart from posting and hanging on the doors, windows and pillars of the halls the exhibitors are prohibited from any kind of nailing or holing. However, one needs to take prior permission of the fair authorities and deposit a requisite amount. The exhibitors will also have to remove all postings and hangings at the end of the exhibition. If required, the complex authorities will provide facilities such as installing and dismantling of booth accessories and calligraphy services on-site.
